Akxius Partners include software and platform vendors who offer technology that compliments the VIPER platform. Technology partners are required to demonstrate the interoperability of their solution with VIPER. Akxius believes the development of a diversified group of Technology Partners will enhance existing business processes.

Bronze Technology Partner |

Bronze Technology Partners leverage Syntegent’s market position through product integration and joint marketing programs as well as trade show teaming. Bronze Partners will be reviewed annually to determine their eligibility in the program. Bronze Technology Partners of all sizes can benefit from integrating their products with VIPER. |

Silver Technology Partner |

Silver Technology Partners agree to integrate their products and/or solutions with one or more products in the VIPER platform. These partners aim to leverage Syntegent’s market leadership through product integration and joint marketing programs. As a Silver Technology Partner customers are also assured that complementary technologies can be leveraged within their business infrastructure. Akxius Silver Technology Partners will be reviewed annually to determine their eligibility in the program. Silver Technology Partners of all sizes can benefit from integrating their products with VIPER. |

Gold Technology Partner |
| |
Gold Technology Partners are those partners who are technology/solution leaders and have significant market share in their respective field. For these partners product integration with VIPER will lead to cooperative opportunities to sell the solution to joint customers through cooperative marketing initiatives. Gold Technology Partners will commit funds to joint market development efforts, and will designate an Alliance Manager to manage the relationship. In addition, Gold Technology Partners are encouraged to certify the interoperability of their solution with VIPER. |
